Hi,
for those of you who are working with, or looking into to working with,
XPS files: please have a look at our freshly released power tool for
XPS: NiXPS v1.0 (http://nixps.com). The software runs on Mac & PC.
You can view XPS files with Microsoft's standard viewer, but our tool
goes a lot further and allows you to actually inspect and edit the files:
- add/remove pages
- merge documents
- search and replace text
- embedded font and image management
- full package viewer + edit the xml of any part in the XPS file
Give it a try, and let us know what you think.
Kind regards,
Nick.
ps. You can generate XPS files form any application on Windows Vista
(print to XPS). On Windows XP you can do this once you have Microsoft's
free XPS Essentials pack installed
