NIC Port Settings

We are trying to identify those PCs that have their NICs mis-configured. We would like to have them all configured for 100 Mbps / full duplex, and have auto-negotiation disabled

Is there a way to gather the current NIC port settings (speed, duplex, auto negotiation) within a LAN? We have SMS and can also run a program via the logon script. The intent is to generate a report of the current settings for each PC along with it's MAC address. This output will be related to similar information gathered from the LAN switches.

Look at the nic properties in the hardware devices section of system from
control panel.

I know that you can find the port settings in the NIC's property dialog within the Network control panel. The problem is to get that information for 1000 workstations via some mechanism that doesn't require someone to physically go to each PC individually. SNMP or SMS may be an option, but I am having problems on figuring out how to use these or something else to gather that information efficiently.
