Hi , I have several little pictures in a document and I have to insert each
one . What is the command to go to next picture so I could incorporate it to
a macro somehow.

I'm not sure I understand what you mean...but there isn't a "next
picture" option in Word.

If you have a bunch of picture to insert, you can click on the first
in your dialog box, hold down shift and click on the last to highlight
them all and dump them all in at once. (Or use Ctrl to select the ones
you want inserted.) This will dump in all the images at the same time.
You can then click to drag or cut/paste to move them around as needed.
Or dump them all into one document and then select and cut them from
the dump doc and then Alt + Tab over to the location you need and hit
Ctrl + V to paste them into the new location as needed.

This will save you from having to click your way through the dialog
box each time.

Oh...and note that you can also just open the folder in Windows
Explorer and then open the document...click the TaskBar at the bottom
of Windows and choose Tile Vertically...so the files and doc are
sideXside. Then you can click and DRAG the images right into the
proper location in your document.

yes that is what I am doing basically but when all my pictures and my text
are moved my pictures are out of their boxes (tables). I than have to insert
each one into the text in order to move them back in their spot. Now with 30
little pictures to insert each time it would be nice to have a next picture
command instead of scrolling all the time. BTW these are Bible studies from
the internet that I am preparing for those who don't have access to a
computer. Thanks again

Well, there is a sort of "Next Picture" command, though nothing that is
relevant here. But Word does offer "Browse by Graphic" as one of the browse
objects (unfortunately applies only to inline graphics).

If you select that browse object, the browse arrows display Previous Graphic
and Next Graphic, which I suppose this is the first thing I thought of when
I read the OP's message (only to realize immediately that this was not what
was at issue).

Ah, well now I understand what you're trying to say. And yes, Suzanne
has posted the info for you about the Browser button.

Cheers!
