"Next" button in Newsgroups

In OE, there is a "Next" button that you can add to the navigation toolbar
(across the top of the viewing pane) to skip to the next unread message when
in a newsgroup. I cannot figure out how to add that in here. Is it even
possible?

Right click the toolbar>customise>select on left>add>position>close

It won't let me right click on the toolbar. Nothing happens.
