<newbie> question regarding the AppData folder

In Vista (64-bits) I don't see my AppData folder

I thought that it should be located in c:\Users\%username%\

But I don't see a folder named that in c:\Users\%username%\

I enabled show hidden files and folders, and still I cannot see this
folder..

any suggestions?

Try unchecking "Hide protected operating system files" as well, then refesh
windows explorer. The App Data file is still under your user name directory.

To get there, the quickest way is to type %appdata% in an address bar.

This has always been the case with 2000 and XP. Works with other folders as
well. %temp% is a very useful one to know.
