Newbie question: Freeware IDE for .NET 1.1

Hi, Folks!!

This may sound stupid to some people but is there a FREEware
integrated developer environment for .NET Framework v1.1 (VB.NET, C#,
J#)?

I know there is Visual Studio Express but that's only for v2.0.
