New window doesn't open properly

Whenever I click on a link that requires a new window to
be opened by Explorer, the new internet window pops up
blank. The original internet window displays the
message "Error on page" in the Staus Bar. Once again,
this only happens when a link requires a new window to be
opened. For example, to post this message I had to use a
friend's computer because if I clicked on the "New Post"
button, the template to write a new message would pop up
blank. This severely limits my internet capabilities and
any help would be appreciated...Thanks!

Thanks LS. That fix located at http://www.colba.net/~hlebo49/blankpge.htm
worked for me. I've posted the same problem before and never got an answer so just worked around it by doing ESC/F5 (stop/refresh) but it certainly was annoying.

I went down the list of re-registering the files and it was the Actprxy.dll that was the problem. This problem started after installing MS Flight Sim 2004. :(

You are most welcome JerryEl. Glad you've gotten it fixed.

Henri Leboeuf maintains an excellent site, and you'll find many solutions to
vexing problems within it, so keep that link handy. I do.
