new w2k server to take over as dc in NT 4.0 envirment

Client has a nt 4.0 server (PDC) with no other servers in
the enviroment. It also is using SQL 7.0. I want to make
a new server2k the dc and transfer all data to it. Point
me in the right direction. Thanks

The other method is to upgrade the PDC first.

For upgrading you would have to remove Win 2k from the new server and
install NT 4.0 on it as a BDC while connected to your existing network,
promote to PDC then upgrade to Win 2k and AD.
