new trojan driving me nuts!!!

every time i load internet explorer, i get a message from my anti-virus that
it has detected a trojan "winshow.an" or downloader.agent.bf, etc

also my home page keeps reverting to
res://fdioe.dll/index.html#37049

i have scanned many times with adaware, spybot s&d, antivirus, etc but still
getting the #$%^$#% message!!!

anybody have any info on this trojan and how to get rid of the damn thing!
