New to Remote Desktop and TS

Doug

I'm just attempting to get started with Remote Desktop on
a SBS2003 server and I love it.

Now to my dilemna;

In my office I've been using VPN and PS Anywhere to
connect to remote desktops. The VPN has major problems
and I'd like to start using Remote Desktop.
I currently have 5 windows 2000 servers and the DNS
server (server1) is mapped to an outside IP address. I
have 15 workstations connected to this nightmare.
What I would like to do is have the ability to log into
the Server1 and be able to get to the winxp workstations
using remote desktop.
Is this possible, If so how do I set it up?
Please explain this like I'm a 2 year old as I'm
completely virgin to this.

1. set up TS on server1
2. install rdp client on server1
3. from outside, rdp to it using the outside ip address
(what are you using for that client?)
4. in that rdp session, rdp to the xp workstations
