For give me it I am wrong but the previous def. file was 5682 and the
new one is 5683. Does that not mean one more entry? And if it does not

I suspect it is just a serial number--it increases by one with each new
version. The last update increased by two over the previous one, and my
assumption then was that there was an interim set of definitions that for
one reason or another were not released to the public.
