New set-up

I have set up my Microsoft Outlook with the correct incoming and outgoing
mail servers, but I still get error msgs when I try to send mail that I need
to enter my password (which I have repeatedly saved under "Properties" in my
Mail Accounts) and I don't seem to get incoming messages. Any ideas?
