New Messages

When I receive new messages they no longer automatically populate in my
inbox. I have to go to sent or some other locationg and then reopen inbox
and they then are there. I have not changed settings, but have received
updates from Microsoft. Any solutons?

could be windows firewall, go into firewall settings and make exception for
outlook.exe

Thanks, DLW, tried the change, but to no avail. Email still shows as a
number in the inbox, but no actual email until I leave inbox and then reopen.
