New Laptop came with XP Home, Now upgrading to XP Pro

I recently bought a new Toshiba Laptop that came with XP Home. I also have XP
Pro full retail that I'd like to install on the Laptop.

I have not yet completed the licensing process for the XP home[modem not yet
set up]. Would it be better to install the XP Pro before or after I have
completed the XP Home licensing process ?

Is there anything I have to be concerned about with installing the full
version versus an Upgrade version of XP Pro ?

Thanks,
MD

Doesn't really matter. Just run the upgrade and activate Pro. Make sure your
Pro is the same or newer Service Pack or you will need to make a
slipstreamed XP Pro CD to upgrade Home.
