New install Outlook 2003

New install of Outlook 2003 - initial opening get 'You Microsoft Exchange
Server is Unavailable' and whatever answer Outlook closes and I can't set up
my account!

Control Panel->Mail Icon->Accounts. Remove the Exchange account if you are not using one (business mail server) and install your POP3 or IMAP account.

unsolicited mail sent to my personal account will be deleted without
reading.
