How did you setup the machine, to use a dhcp server or with a static
IP? Regardless, can you ping its IP from any of your PCs?

Anyway, I don't have one handy, check also this place for answers

The H363N Revealed

Here's how you access the device. I have this device, and this approach worked.

Set your Network adapter (NIC) IP address to 169.254.0.2 . The default IP for the enclosure is 169.254.0.1.

So now that you are on the same network, go to IE or a web browser and type:

169.254.0.1

hit enter

You should see a page prompt for Username and password enter admin and admin for the default.

You can then TURN OFF DHCP if you have a router, and statically set the IP to match your network settings, i.e. for a 192.168.0.1 network , you could use 192.168.0.27 for the drive.

It would then be accessable by the Web interface, at 192.168.0.2, you MUST enter 192.168.0.1 (or your router's IP for the gateway)

i.e. your router IP is 192.168.0.1 , enter that in DHCP server address.

Any questions feel free to email me @sean maggs 02 at hotmail.com (just take out the spaces)

IF you change the hostname, your http://storage/ link will NOT work, use the new hostname you set.
