New Hardware Wizard

Each time I reboot, the "Found New Hardware Wizard"
apppears. It asks for Network Controller then Ethernet
Controller then USB Device. These items are shown in
yellow in the Device Manager under "Other Devices". This
is a stand-alone PC.
How can I magic away this message?

When the pop up ballons appear, do you click on them and

go through the steps? In Device manager, tight click the
problem device, choose properties and choose "disable
this device. try uninstalling the device in the
properties option.
