new folders

when i right click and chooser new folder, windows explorer quits
responding. after I reopen it, there are hundreds of new folders. how do I
stop this?

what u have to do is ur vista has to be reinstalled . because ur operating
system is corrupt . or u can format reinstall . this will resolve ur
issue..or first what u can do is repair windows from winre .
