New Email form and signed Email

I defined a new outlook 2003 email form and add a new field "classifcation"
after the fields "to" and "subject".

This new email form works very well but if I sign the email (we use a PKI),
the field "classification" is replaced by a field "signed by" and a icon (a
little "flag").

Do you know why the new form is not display when I sign a crypt a email ?
