new Domain controller

Hi gurus.

new to DC so go easy on me.-

I have a DC which is also the OM,DNS and other services are here as well,
here is my question. This DC server is a little old and I need to transfer
everything from this box to a new box which better fill up our needs, like
speed and space. can someone let me know where can I get info on how to this
this, I want to swap everything from my old DC Om to my new server so It can
be my new DC controller Om or point me in the right direction to do this tep
by step.
