New Data file is missing the folder structure

Hello:

I created a new data file (Tools/Account Settings/Data Files/Add/Office
Outlook Personal Folders (.pst).

When I finished creating it, when I expand the new data file, the only two
folders I see in them are Deleted Items and Search Folders.

Other folders such as Drafts. Inbox, RSS Feeds, Sent Items, Search Folders
are not there.

What am I doing wrong?

Correct. When you create a new PST, these are the only two default folders
available. Outlook won't create the others unless you make that PST your
default PST on the same tab where you added it, then stop and restart Outlook.
