new computer..porn in it!

[New buyer]

I just got this new computer and when i opened internet
explorer all these pop-ups appeared and they were all porn!
I didnt like that because i have a 6 year old daughter who
uses the computer sometimes too. Does anyone know what i
can do to remove the porm from my computer.
