new computer,keep getting blue screen

hi all
ive just built a brand new computer.
I installed XP pro but all the way though installing it
kept saying cannot install certain files ie processor.sys
etc etc to *retry* hit enter. So it installed after I hit
retry on all the prompts but it kept cutting to the blue
screen.
Ive tried reformatting and installinng it again so many
times now and its just getting worse.
I know its not the memory because I took it back to the
shop and he gave me another stick,either way he tested it
and said it was fine.
Please help

3200 ddr ram
2800+ 333mhz barton core
120 gig maxtor HD
400 watt PSU
Geforce FX 5600XT 256mb
Artec cd-writer

YOUR WINDOWS XP DISK IS BROKE IT HAPPENED TO ME SORRY FOR
THE BAD NEWS BUT THATS THE PROBLEM
