New computer: can't get my Outlook address book to display - nee.

In trying to input my data from the old computer to the new, I don't have my
outlook address book. Contacts will display, but I want the address book. I
get a message that says: The address list could not be displayed. The
contacts folder associated with this address list could not be opened; it may
have been moved or deleted, or you do not have permission.

I have uninstalled and reinstalled. I use XP for Students and Teachers.

Most likely you simply have not configured your Outlook Address Book Service
yet:
