new blank doc

I some how corrupted my blank doc. When I go to file and open. I get a blank
doc with 3 cloums saying next record. How can I get my blank doc back so
that I can do my work?

While this newsgroup is for Microsoft .NET (dotnet) questions, you should
locate the hidden system file called "normal.dot" and delete it.
