I'm planning a w2k3 server network. We have about 15 clients that share
files on a win nt server. They share the internet with win proxy. Two nics
on server. One to the router and the other goes to the hub. What
configuration shold I use fore the new server?

The router should provide the protection to your LAN. If you add more security, you may want to enable NAT.
