Networking two XP Pro with ZoneAlarm?

I have two XP Pro computers and I can't access the web on the client (2nd)
PC. I installed ZoneAlarm Pro and still no luck. Should I turn off XP's
firewall on both PC's. I have tried turning off Simple File Sharing on one
PC, then two. ??? what's wrong here.

It sounds like you've got conflicting things going on here. Either use
ZoneAlarm OR use the Windows Firewall (ZoneAlarm is better), not both.
No matter which firewall you use (and you absolutely need a firewall),
you have to configure it to allow your local area network traffic as
Trusted. Look in the ZoneAlarm's or Windows Firewall's Help file as to
how to do that.

Please provide some detail about your internet service and how it is connected
to the host (1st) computer. Did you run the networking wizard on either
computer?

Simple File Sharing is not related to internet service sharing. Are you also
going to be sharing files between the two computers?

Thanks guy's! but I think I know what it is, I have a Trojan horse,
splash screen reads exactly as follows:
-------------------------------

Virus
Trojan horse IRC/BackDoor.SdBot.60.AV
is found in file

C:\System Volume Information\_restore{1B301FBD-0260-494A-AE5E .....

To remove this virus, Please run AVG for Windows

-----------------------------------------------
I updated and ran my AVG antivirus, Spybot, Adaware, I even downloaded
and updated Trojan removers, all found nothing. Should I be worried? Is the
Trojan the real problem? Do I have a Trojan?? any ideas?.

The trojan is in a System Restore point. You can delete all but the most
recent (presumably clean) Restore Points by click the More Options tab
in Disk Cleanup (run>cleanmgr) and from there, the Clean Up button in
the System Restore section. Then run your scans again, in Safe Mode, to
ensure the computer is truly clean.
