Networking Issue

I have 6 computers with IP set to
192.168.1.4 to 192.168.1.9

I have Two ISP provider for internet
with default gateway set to
192.168.1.1
192.168.1.2

I have two switch with one of the switch 3 computer are connected
with IP : 192.168.1.4 TO 192.168.1.6

with other
IP : 192.168.1.7 TO 192.168.1.9

now to the main point
I would like to connect all the computer together
also i want if one of the service provider is not working my computer will
automatically shift to the other service provider

can this be done by doing some setting in computer

you could have multiple gateways setup on each machine, As an
alternate configutation of the TCP/IP settings I think...

IIRC, to test it quickly...
Set all IPs to static, add the multiple gateways, and pull the plug on
one ISP to see if those boxes fail-over to the second ISP...

I already tried what you mentioned in advance setting of network connection.

but there is a major problem related to this is that if the DNS server of
giving about 40-50% due to some problem in the area,

I have to shift the connection manually to the second service provider by
unpluging the router ethernet of one of the service provider

what here i want is if one of the link (ISP is down due to any problem) or
giving 40-50% losses the connection automatically shift to the other ISP

or in a better way is there any way i can share the load balancing of both
the ISP, is it possible what i am thinking if yes what can i do to enable
this feature or do i have to buy another hardware or so which will make this
possible.

The features you want must be built-in to a router.

I believe that a Linksys RV016 router may have the features you need.
