Networking Craziness

I have a computer running WinXP Pro. It has been working
fine for over a year. Today I was unable to browse my
network through the GUI. I am also unable to add a
network place through the wizard. I tried doing it
through the command line and although I can see network
resources with Net View, I cannot use the Net Use command
(it gives me the error that Workstation has not been
started, although Worstation reports that it has been
started). I will include the output of the terminal
session below. Any help would be much appreciated.

Make sure it fully started by typing "sc queryex lanmanworkstation" at a
command prompt.
