Networking 2000 to Windows 98

I have a computer running Windows 2000. I am trying to set
up a peer to peer network. I can see the windows 2000
computer from The windows 98 but when I select that
computer it asks for a password. I dont have any passwords
set up on the windows 2000 computer. I can access the
windows 2000 computer fine with A computer running XP Home.
Please Help

Create a user account with an identical username/password on both the win98
and win200 computers. Log into the win98 with that user account.
