Networkdays function not working

Trying to use this function in excel 2003 nut it will n
ot work, keeps returning a #name error.

i have copied the example from help straight into an new
spreadheet and same error. i have also tried the
workdays fnction as well.

i have added the analysis tool pak in.

any ideas please

Make sure you've enabled the Analysis Toolpak.

Tools|addins
is the dialog you'll need.

If Tools/Addins show the ATP as installed (checked), then there must be an
error in one of your references in the formula argument. If it's just a range
reference, maybe an extra space, or something in the cell to which the range
refers.
