once this beta has been established and most the bugs
worked out, it would be a great idea to have an
administrator, network based version that could be
controlled by a sinlge machine over a network

And Microsoft has announced that such a product will be forthcoming, but
will have a cost, rather than being free, as the present version is. There
will continue to be a version with the capabilities this beta has, and
probably more, that will be available without additional cost to licensed
Windows users.
