Network Path not found.

I have 3 pc's in home LAN connection using ICS. All
pc's can connect to internet and share file and folders.

I've connected a fourth.....This also connects to
internet and can see all other pc's and access shared
files and folders. Problem is that the other machines
cannot see this new pc. Error message says ".... is not
accessible. You may not have permission to use this
network resource. Contact the administrator of this
server to find out if you have access permissions.

The network path was not found"

What have I missed ????

cuz you gotta turn off the firewall, enable file sharing
and make sure the protocols and the IP addressin are the
same.

Thanks for reply, File sharing and IP addressing set OK.
Son's PC and find he's loaded Panda AV which has in-built
firewall. The setting for this is probably the problem.
I'll look into that.
