Network error: no buffer space available

Hi,

I've installed sp2 on window xp pro and after rebooting I don't have
access to the network. I checked that the ethernet card is working
properly, and I could also see that I actually have connection to the
DHCP server of my internet provider. But when I want to surf through the
internet I can't. I receive the error message "Network error: No buffer
space available". I did some googling but without any luck. Any ideas
what could be?
