Network cable unplugged

on a consant basis I get a message on the taskbar htat a
network cable is unplugged. The message seems to bog down
my internet. I have check all the cables and there all
securly pluged in. please help!!

Replace the netcard. Maybe you need a spike protector or stabilizer
on power supply, or fix the ground wiring.

This Microsoft Knowledge Base article has a possible fix, even if you
use a different network card than it describes:
