Netscape 4.77 windows 2000 registry errors

when a user minimizes netscape mail she receives an
error "Netscape failed to update the System Registry
please try using REGEDIT" she hits the ok button and it
error disappears only to reappear sporadically through out
the day when she is in Netscape Mail. SHe is running win
2000 and netscape 4.77.

Try using a tool called Registry Monitor from http://www.sysinternals.com -
this will show you potential problems with the application accessessing the
registry. Look out for errors such as NOTFOUND or ACCESSDENIED, the later
obviously pointing you towards permission problems.
