netgear FA311 related XP crashes

My PC running windows XP home edition experiences crashes
when downloading certain .avi files (using bit torrent).
The crash analysis from micsosoft indicates problems with
the netgear FA311 ethernet card. Can someone pls. tell me
if there are any updated drivers for this card available?

have you looked on the netgear web site ?

have you googled usenet to see if anyone else has this problem ?

Forward the MS analysis to nergear ? I'm sure they wil be interested,
and maybe have an answer.

Have you tried another card. You might have a bad card.
