Hi,

I am writing an installation for a software package that requires the
NETBeui protocol to be installed.
If you call the NETNBF.inf file it does not install. (also right click on
that file and select install does not work).
So I need to install the NetBeui protocol from a batch script or a WinAPI
call.
Anything is good as long as my customers don't have to do it theirself. :)

Regards,

Jeroen Vandezande.

That is not an option...
This is a server for a embedded app running DOS.
I NEED NetBeui running on the Win2000 machine. right now we have a field
engeneer go over there to install it. It would be nice if the software
install procedure does it.

Best regards,

Jeroen.

All I can say is that if any software vendor my clients work with insisted
on installing NetBEUI, I'd find another product ASAP. As far as how to
automate the installation, sorry, I have no idea.
Best regards,

Jeroen.

A DOS client can also use TCP/IP.
