I had to restore my pc to an earlier time using system restore since then
..net (version 2 & 3) isn't working properly
I have tried to do a repair, a reinstall and an uninstall all crash.
i tried this from add & remove programs and direct download from microsoft
nothing works.

How can i do force uninstall of both versions so I can start again and do a
clean install of .net

You can't remove .NET Framework 2.0 as long as .NET Framework 3.0 is
installed. See if this helps:
