Net Send very Slow

Hi,

I have a PC on my network that is very slow in sending messages to other
PC's using the Net Send command.

It seems to be equally slow whether I send the message to a User, Machine
name or IP address.

The PC is running W2K as are the others. The PC seems to receive messages
with out a problem.
