.Net Managed Provider for Oracle 1.1

hi all,
Where i can get the download version of ".Net Managed
Provider for Oracle 1.1". Actually i want to install
latest version of Mtxoci.dll. I have tried to download
from microsoft.com/download and found one article. But it
mentioned that this version not support for Knoledge base
orticle Q322343. I want to download file which will
support Knowledge base article Q322343. Can anybody help
me.. It is urgent.

Note that ODP.Net is not the .Net Framework Data Provider for Oracle that
Ramesh was requesting. See my other post.
