Net command is not recognized

Hi all,
on my w2k server with sp4 installed i have following trouble:

after 'net' command I get:
'net' is not recognized as an internal or external command,
operable program or batch file.
I'm loged as administrator

my path variable seems to be OK, tried by set command and by editing system
variables in my computer properties
my registry setting for variables is Reg_Expand_Sz type

net.exe file is in c:\winnt\system32 folder and in
c:\winnt\system32\dllcache too, but I can't see or find it from this server
if I connect to this server from another station I can see net.exe file in
both directories
I tried to copy net.exe file to c:\temp folder but I didn't see it, neither
with explorer nor with total commander (hidden and system files are enabled
by both)

Thanks for your coop

I have found a service with the name of storage protector.
Executable file for this service is oeimport.exe in folder c:\program
files\outlook express.
It seems to me very strange! But I cannot find any information to this file
or service.
What can I do?
