This isnt a genuine file but im not sure where its from

It might help to use jotti's site to check the file for
malware

Go to :

http://virusscan.jotti.org/

Then to Browse C:\WINDOWS\system32\nellson5.dll

Then press submit and check the results this site uses 13
Virus scanners to check the file so it might identify
where its from

This dll might be there because of a malware program you
have installed so running adaware and spybot would help
if you havent already

Spybot S&D

If needed you can also use hijack this but try these for
now and see if they show where it came from

Here's another:

http://www.virustotal.com

(very similar, but perhaps the set of vendors differs slightly? not sure.)

A not found does not indicate that the object is clean--just not covered by
current definitions.
