NEED URGENT HELP

I am going bananas on this. I can't send any message or emails. I keep
getting the following error message:

this include server problems, network problems, or a long period of

News,business, sports and entertainment and more#more-954', Account:

Need help. Please somebody help. What am I to do? What am I doing wrong?

Read these instructions carefully. I don't believe your settings are
correct. (Applies to WinMail as well).
