need to see if i have new email wont let me????

now when i try to see if i have new emails it says this

what the heck???? i dont understand anything can any one help me please???
whats the point of windows mail...why not just use my yahoo account? can
some one explain?????

Do you have the free Yahoo email? If so, then it is http only, and cannot be
accessed with Windows Mail.

If you pay for the Plus, then you can access their POP server

Wrong port, the POP3 port should be 995 instead of 465. See
