Need to recover a document saved to an email attachment

I opened an attachment from an email and made some changes to it. I then
saved this file, closed it, and when I went to close the email the message
"do you want to save changes?" came up, which I stupidly clicked "no" to. Is
there any way of recovering this modified attachment? I saved it several
times as I was working on it, and I searched through the OLKA folderand it
wasn't there.

Anywhere else I might be able to find it?
