need to import or convert Works.wdb file into Excel 2000

I need to import a Works.wdb file into Excel. I have Office 2000 small
business. I don't have Access. Is there a way to open or convert this .wdb
file into Excel 2000?

Option 1
Open WDB file in Works, Select All, Copy
Open Excel, Paste into A2
Reenter column headings

Option 2
Save as Text & Tabs or DBase file in Works
Open either in Excel
