need to get easy tounderstand directions how to configue outlook

[screwed up]

I have 2002 xp office installed, would like to configure both outlook and
outlook express with my window live accounts. Also, would like to email from
WORD, when it goes automatically there when I click on a site. Many Thanks

Windows Live Hotmail accounts are not supported in Outlook Express or
Outlook 2002/XP

You can use Windows Live Desktop as a replacement for Outlook Express.
Officially the Outlook Connector (to access Live Hotmail account in Outlook)
is only supported in Outlook 2003 or later but you can try your luck in
Outlook 2002 as well;

To set Word as your email editor in Outlook 2002 use;
Tools-> Options...-> tab Mail Format

you to use both Outlook XP and Outlook Express with it as POP3 clients:
