Need to add right-click item or Explorer button

When I'm viewing a folder in Explorer and right-click in the pane, it has a context menu
with a few options. I'd like to add a Command Prompt entry in the list, but I don't think
this context menu has a registry folder. Does anyone know where it is? I already
discovered how to add the command to the context menu for a folder icon itself.

Also, some applications like AIM install additional toolbar icons you can add in Internet
Explorer. Can this be done for Explorer, and how would I create one?
