That's great that she likes games like that. My wife couldn't play most of
mine. Diablo II is a bit complicated for her. She sticks to Tetris, some
card games, and pogo.com . I've been playing Diablo II online. The co-op
is nice.
I would highly recommend Unreal Tournament. I hear there's a new UT out. I
haven't seen it, but I would recommend the original. It is still very
popular. You can play online, get maps other people created, and join or
create team games. I'm sure there's even a way to get a team game going on
a LAN with the two humans against the computer. I haven't figured that one
out yet. I just play human vs human with computer teammates or free for
all.
I downloaded the demo for the Red Alert fps and I would recommend it. I do
believe it has a co-op with a lot more options in the full version than the
demo. It's a pretty fun game, though I'm sure it's much more fun with the
full version and 2 teams of at least 2 players per team.
If you like to read, and would prefer a game with more depth and imagination
instead of graphics, I recommend
www.achaea.com. It's a text based rpg.
There are a lot of people in it, plenty of help to get you started, and you
can certainly cooperate.

enjoyed; Diablo II, Doom series, Duke Nukem, Serious Sam, Redneck Rampage.
I would like more suggestions on similar games that have
